Chris Odette’s 13-year-old daughter Chrishia was killed in a 2014 car crash in Rockwall, Texas, by illegal immigrant Ramiro Guevara. Despite prior deportation orders, Guevara remained free for a decade while Odette advocated for accountability. ICE finally arrested Guevara in March 2025, bringing Odette the justice he had long pursued.
