Immigration and Customs Enforcement arrested Savin Seng, a Cambodian national and gang member, on October 3rd following a manhunt. Seng was wanted for murdering a woman in Texas and a man outside a Los Angeles strip club in 2022, and was found carrying a loaded firearm when apprehended.
