Hector Jared Toscana Perez, who caused a fatal accident in Dodge County, Wisconsin, was in the country illegally at the time of the crash. Toscana Perez, who had previously been deported, was driving under the influence when he caused a collision that killed a 30-year-old passenger. Authorities confirmed he had reentered the United States unlawfully prior to the deadly incident.
