Hector Padilla Jr., 35, was arrested in Laredo on April 20 by the Texas Department of Public Safety after being placed on Texas’ 10 Most Wanted list. He had been sought since December 2024 for violating probation following a conviction for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. His arrest came after an ongoing investigation by DPS authorities.
