Robely Eladio De Jesus Guerrero, 37, a citizen of the Dominican Republic unlawfully residing in Massachusetts, was arrested and charged with unlawful reentry of a deported alien and distribution of controlled substances, including fentanyl and one pound of methamphetamine, in the New Hampshire Seacoast area. He subsequently pleaded guilty in federal court in Concord to one count of unlawful reentry of a deported alien and one count of distribution of a controlled substance. The case was investigated jointly by federal and local law enforcement, including the DEA.
