Convicted Felon Faces Federal Drug Trafficking Charges Following ICE El Paso Investigation

A 46-year-old previously convicted felon in Carlsbad, New Mexico, faces federal charges after agents discovered approximately 1,090 grams of methamphetamine and 56 grams of cocaine at his residence during a September 3 search warrant execution. Jason Cunningham is charged with possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine and faces 10 years to life in prison if convicted.
