Bangladesh man wanted for murder arrested by CBP officers at the Port of Buffalo

CBP officers at the Peace Bridge border crossing in Buffalo arrested a 57-year-old Bangladeshi citizen on April 19 after he was denied entry to Canada. The individual admitted he had failed to disclose murder charges from 2004 on his U.S. visa application, constituting fraud. He was transferred to ICE/ERO custody and faces removal proceedings from the United States.
