The Department of Justice announced plans to extradite three Tren de Aragua gang members who illegally entered the United States and are wanted by Chile for homicide and kidnapping offenses. The three individuals, Adrian Rafael Gamez Finol, Miguel Oyola Jimenez, and Edgar Javier Benitez Rubio, were declared alien enemies and face charges including kidnapping resulting in homicide, extortion, and criminal association.
