Hugo Ivan Ramirez-Bellozo, 35, a Mexican citizen, was sentenced to five years in federal prison for his role in a Hartford-based drug trafficking organization involved in the distribution of fentanyl and other narcotics, including the seizure of approximately 1.5 kilograms of fentanyl and a loaded handgun.
