Elpidio Reyna, who was on the FBI’s most wanted list for allegedly attacking law enforcement during anti-ICE riots in Los Angeles, has been arrested at the southern border. The U.S. citizen from Compton faces felony charges for throwing rocks at officers’ vehicles.
