U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, along with the FBI, DEA, and U.S. Probation, conducted a multi-agency operation targeting cartel-related drug and weapons trafficking in the South Lake Tahoe area. Gang members affiliated with Sureno and MS-13 were among those arrested.
