Rosa De Arcos, an alleged drug trafficker, was extradited from Mexico and arraigned in federal court on charges of importing and conspiring to distribute methamphetamine, fentanyl, and cocaine following an ICE investigation. De Arcos had fled to Mexico in 2018.
