Mohamed Sabry Soliman, a 45-year-old Egyptian national, was arrested after allegedly carrying out a targeted terror attack in Boulder, Colorado, injuring eight people at a pro-Israel hostage release event. Soliman illegally overstayed his visa after entering the U.S. in 2022.
