New Jersey’s Needs a Civil Rights Lesson: No mask? No Vote!

By |2023-03-06T12:06:32-05:00May 1st, 2021|

Talk about voter suppression... New Jersey Governor Philip D. Murphy: ‘I think if you refuse to wear a mask, we’re not letting you in. It’s that simple.’ The NJ governor needs a refresher on civil rights as he's treating American's most fundamental civil rights like privileges. Will his tyrannical thinking expand to vaccinations?

Dead Voters Receiving Mail-In Ballots Across New Jersey Ahead of Election

By |2023-03-06T12:07:53-05:00November 3rd, 2020|

Bring out your dead! The dead are now receiving mail-in election ballots in New Jersey, so are people who haven’t lived at an address in years, sometimes decades, if ever at all. One New Jersey Mayor, Carlos Rendo of Woodcliff Lake, who ran for Lt. Governor in 2017 today sounded the alarm.

Court decides the 14th Amendment only applies after elections

In New Jersey, an Obama appointed judge rejected a Republican lawsuit that charged last minute mail-only changes to the state’s voting system would be a vote integrity mess. The judge used a legal maneuver we expect to see more of—no one has yet to “suffer an injury” and therefore the case is dismissible. He even parroted the DNC argument in his opinion that GOP concerns were “hypothetical.” Neither the state nor federal Constitutions seemed to matter.

Liberal governor’s unsolicited ballot fiat creates havoc for voters

By |2023-03-06T12:08:04-05:00October 17th, 2020|

New Jersey Democrat Governor Phil Murphy used COVID as an excuse to mail ballots to every address in the state, whether the addressee is alive or dead, or relocated. NJ election officials, overwhelmed by this unnecessary political maneuver, can’t get it right. In Bergen County, officials sent out nearly 7,000 incorrect ballots to 28,000 voters. The officials who made this mistake claim there will be no confusing results. Right.

Postal worker thinks voters live in a nearby trash bin

Also in the Garden State, Mr. Howard Dinger was throwing out trash last week when five bins of mail—including absentee ballots—caught his eye. A postal worker has been arrested on felony charges for dumping the mail instead of delivering it. If not for Mr. Dinger’s eagle eye and willingness to do his civic duty, 100 West Orange residents would be wondering where their ballots went. Vote In Person.

Vote fraud is so real in New Jersey it caused a re-vote

By |2023-03-06T12:08:19-05:00September 12th, 2020|

A New Jersey ballot harvesting fraud case (perpetrated by candidates facing criminal charges) is costing taxpayers $$$ and the angst of a re-vote. Ballots for this race were also magically found in other towns. Despite this evidence liberals are making the realities of vote fraud a referendum on Trump instead of advocating for vote security.

A shocking admission about institutionalized vote fraud

By |2023-03-06T12:08:19-05:00September 12th, 2020|

This story gave us chills. It proves what ACRU and our supporters have noted for months -- vote fraud is not just rampant — but organized. Voting in person is the solution to making sure someone doesn’t slap a strip over duct tape over YOUR vote by fraudulently submitting others. We fear this unprecedented admission of felony vote tampering is just the tip of a very disturbing iceberg. As Lori says, “be a VIP!.”

Thousands Of Mail-Voting Ballots Rejected For Arriving Late

By |2023-03-06T12:08:58-05:00August 22nd, 2020|

A rally outside the Montclair, N.J., town hall on July 1. Protesters hung 1,101 absentee ballots to represent the number of votes that weren't counted in a mayoral election that was decided by just 195 votes.Mail-in voting, which tens of millions of Americans are expected to use this November, is fraught with potential problems. Hundreds of thousands of ballots go uncounted each year because people make mistakes, such as forgetting to sign the form or sending it in too late.

10th District Legislators: ‘We Must Be Able to Vote In Person’

By |2023-03-06T12:09:03-05:00August 12th, 2020|

Things for which we need ID include buying alcohol and tobacco, opening a bank account and applying for welfare programs. Three New Jersey legislators want to change current state law to require photo ID for voting, and we agree — requirements to identify yourself for your most important citizen activity should be a no-brainer. Sometimes bills pass, sometimes they don’t, but they always make a statement.

The Garden State’s foursome of fraud

By |2023-03-06T12:09:16-05:00July 7th, 2020|

Next time a liberal tells you there’s no vote fraud (but it’s only Republicans committing it), show them these fellows: Messrs. Jackson, Khalique, Mendez and Kazyen. Not just activists, but two elected officials, all Democrats (not noted in the media, so we checked.) The fraud involved thousands of mailed ballots and one of the races in question was decided by one vote after a recount.
