Culling dead individuals from Michigan voter rolls is a pretty basic task for Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson. Now Judge Jane M. Beckering, an appointee of President Joe Biden, has rejected Benson’s demand to dismiss a lawsuit filed against her claiming she refused to remove almost 26,000 dead individuals from the state’s voter rolls.
Trenae Myesha Rainey pleaded guilty Wednesday and was sentenced to 45 days in jail for forging signatures of the mentally disabled on absentee ballot applications. Trenae Myesha Rainey forged the signature on approximately two dozen ballot registrations.
An election integrity watchdog group has filed a lawsuit against Michigan’s secretary of state over allegations that tens of thousands of deceased residents have yet to be cleared from the state’s voter rolls. A Mark Zuckerberg-funded nonprofit, the Center for Election Innovation and Research, gave a virtually inactive Michigan nonprofit, The Michigan Center for Election Law and Administration, a $12 million grant in September 2020 for the putative purpose of helping voters figure out how to navigate the supposed complexities of mail-in ballots, as The Michigan Star reported in April 2021.
Michigan’s Senate on Thursday approved a petition that repeals Gov. Gretchen Whitmer’s emergency powers, with another approval expected by the state’s lower chamber. Whitmer, a Democrat, cannot veto the petition.
When Gov. Whitmer earned her ACRU “Crisis Tyrant” designation in April, even we could not project how far her dictatorial behavior would go. Phill Kline of the public interest law firm Amistad Project, sums it up perfectly, noting the Governor has ordered destruction of forensic evidence while also threatening criminal prosecution against any legislators or citizens who fight her corruption and tyranny.

A Wayne County, Michigan, liberal judge elected in a 74% Democrat district, made this statement about allegation of blatant fraud and election interference at Detroit’s largest voting station: “the Plaintiffs' interpretation of events is incorrect.” How about “the judge’s overstepping his state and Constitutional authority by playing prosecutor and providing his own biased testimony is incorrect.”

With bipartisan support, two vote security measures recently passed the Michigan House and landed on Democrat Governor Whitmer’s desk. She then vetoed these bills - they would make it illegal to request more than one ballot, or to fill out someone else’s ballot without their knowledge. In addition to being a COVID crisis tyrant, she’s a vote fraud enabler. It’s just that simple; and disgraceful.
