A Post-Constitutional America

By |2024-06-18T20:41:58-04:00June 18th, 2024|

We have a person sitting in the Oval Office who knows that he does not have the enumerated constitutional power to do certain things, yet does them anyways. And there are no consequences.

The Rule of Law

By |2024-06-12T12:22:14-04:00June 12th, 2024|

The rule of law exists for a reason: to maintain law and order and to be blind in holding everyone accountable. What is supposed to be a legal system is now a political and weaponized system.

Earn This

By |2024-05-29T12:30:01-04:00May 29th, 2024|

These two words, "Earn This," should resonate with us all, not just on Memorial Day but every day.

The Camel’s Nose

By |2024-05-22T15:39:08-04:00May 22nd, 2024|

Here we are now, in our Nation, having debate and arguing about individuals illegally in our Republic being able to vote in our elections. it's time to tell our elected officials America is for citizens (born and naturalized), legal immigrants, and tourists.

No Sera’ Infringido

By |2024-05-15T08:05:51-04:00May 15th, 2024|

With the backing of the UN and the approval of the Biden administration, Mexico has filed a court case that could impose the UN small arms treaty, clearing the way for foreign nations to sue and dictate firearms policy in our Constitutional Republic.

Red County Election Integrity

By |2024-04-03T15:10:05-04:00April 3rd, 2024|

If there is one dominant theme I hear in my travels in and around Dallas County, Texas, and indeed across America, it is this. Hey, Colonel, what are we going to do about election integrity? Colonel, how do we keep them, the progressive socialist left, from cheating? The answer is not that hard and is quite achievable.

The Leftist Deconstruction of our Electoral Process

By |2024-03-27T12:59:51-04:00March 27th, 2024|

These combined unconstitutional actions by leftists are the clear threat to the representative democracy of our Constitutional Republic — unsolicited mail-in ballots, ballot harvesting, ballot drop boxes, lack of eligible voter registration review, illegal immigrants voting and being counted in our census, centralized tabulations, and rank choice voting. The ACRU stands firmly against these efforts and asks you to join us in this fight to truly save that which the left is seeking to destroy.

Constitutional Priorities, Not Ideological

By |2023-03-06T11:33:48-05:00January 11th, 2023|

Greetings everyone. I pray your 2023 is off to a resounding start and will continue to rise in expectation and reward. I wish that I could say the same with what we have seen from the Biden administration so far. Here in Texas, we witnessed a modern-day Potemkin Village masquerade when Biden decided to conduct a drive-by at the El Paso port of entry.

Our Constitutional Republic still Stands

By |2023-03-06T11:34:03-05:00November 8th, 2022|

Howdy, y’all; it is the day after November 8th, and guess what? The world did not come to an end. Furthermore, we did not experience the end of democracy. First, let’s have a short little lesson in civics, America is not a democracy. America is a constitutional Republic. We have a representative democracy to enable the people’s voices to be heard. Remember, this is the government of, by, and for the people. Our founding fathers established America as a constitutional Republic; matter of fact, Article IV, Section 4 of the constitution firmly states that the federal government is to guarantee to every State in the Union a […]

BRIEF: Statement on Coach Kennedy Case

By |2023-03-06T11:55:51-05:00June 27th, 2022|

As the Executive Director of the American Constitutional Rights Union, I commend the US Supreme Court once again for ruling on the side of the Constitution and individual rights. The Coach Kennedy case was a secular humanist and progressive socialist challenge to our very first liberty, the freedom of religion and the free exercise thereof. Coach Kennedy's actions of taking a knee in prayer after HS football games was a personal right. He did not advocate for or seek any state, government, endorsement, nor coerce anyone to enjoin with him. We have distorted the concept of Separation of Church and State, written by Thomas Jefferson in his letter to the Danbury (CT) Baptist convention. Solemn, silent, and solitary individual prayer by anyone in any venue is not a sponsorship of government religion. It is a sacred part of our Judeo-Christian faith heritage which should not be separated from any American citizen.
