American Constitutional Rights Union President message on the election
ACRU has been working to prevent vote fraud for nearly a decade. In 2020, operatives on the left have taken actions in courts and state legislatures to eradicate voting integrity laws across the U.S. Using Covid as an excuse, they have convinced lawmakers and judges to undo protections passed by elected representatives to deter fraud. ACRU has been working and warning against this all year. The left spent millions of dollars in efforts to:
- Eliminate voter ID
- Eradicate signature comparisons
- Extend deadlines for ballots to be returned after election day
- Get rid of requirements to be postmarked by election day
- Void state laws banning vote harvesting by third parties
- Enact widespread mailing of ballots to every person on voter rolls, with full knowledge that voter rolls are filled with deceased and relocated voters.
Each of these measures is intended to make it easier to commit vote fraud and harder to detect and prove once done. This is why we have an election like no other. Our system has been hijacked in a few short months and now the fraud is so baked in that it is difficult to identify and prove.
It is more important than ever that we let the legal review process play out completely. It is important to our country that due diligence is performed to ensure a fair election. As we say at ACRU, “Live Free.” But we can only live free if we have confidence that we are truly electing our representatives.

ACRU becomes the American Constitutional Rights Union
ACRU is proud to announce an organizational name change from American Civil Rights Union to American CONSTITUTIONAL Rights Union as we continue to honor the legacy of founder Bob Carleson to “to defend constitutionally-protected rights of all Americans.” As President Lori Roman notes, “we were created as an antidote to the ACLU. We can think of no better way to punctuate that ACRU is the true defender of individual and economic freedoms that are unique and fundamental to our nation than to include “Constitution” in our name.”

We Need To Talk About What Didn’t Happen On Election Day
There are many crucial steps in our election process for the electorate to have confidence in the outcome. They didn’t happen last Tuesday.
JASON SNEAD: America’s Electoral System Is Suffering From A Credibility Crisis
Defying all predictions of a photo finish senate race, Pennsylvania Democrat John Fetterman won 50.3% of the vote to Republican Dr. Mehmet Oz’s 47.3%. The unexpectedly large margin helped avoid a midterm meltdown. But don’t be deceived; that margin masks major electoral system dysfunction that remains unaddressed.

Crisis Tyrants
DHS released unvaccinated Afghans while threatening to fire unvaccinated Border Patrol agents
The Biden administration allowed hundreds of Afghans from last year’s airlift to disappear into American communities without getting COVID-19 or other vaccinations, an inspector general has revealed. The information was released as the Biden administration was starting the process to fire government workers who didn’t get the coronavirus shots — including some employees at Homeland Security, the department that allowed the Afghans to go free.
New CDC Data Shows Covid Shot Myocarditis Concerns Are Legit
When reports first surfaced in 2021 that some cases of myocarditis — the inflammation of the heart muscle, potentially leading to blood clots and heart attack or stroke — were potentially associated with the Covid-19 vaccine, the corporate media and its fact-checkers were quick to label them as misinformation, saying the benefits of the vaccine far outweigh its small risks. A year later, though, the media can no longer deny that what they called misinformation actually has data to back it up. As Matt Shapiro detailed in his Substack post on the matter, “Last year’s misinformation on vaccine-associated myocarditis in young men is this year’s well-established fact.”
Allen West: The Dangers of a Woke U.S. Military
The motto of the U.S. Army is “This We’ll Defend.” In the modern Armed Services of the U.S. military, we all take an oath to support and defend the Constitution of the United States of America. That is what separates our military from all others in the world–the oath that we take. And truthfully, for us as veterans, that oath should never cease.
