American Constitutional Rights Union President message on the election
ACRU has been working to prevent vote fraud for nearly a decade. In 2020, operatives on the left have taken actions in courts and state legislatures to eradicate voting integrity laws across the U.S. Using Covid as an excuse, they have convinced lawmakers and judges to undo protections passed by elected representatives to deter fraud. ACRU has been working and warning against this all year. The left spent millions of dollars in efforts to:
- Eliminate voter ID
- Eradicate signature comparisons
- Extend deadlines for ballots to be returned after election day
- Get rid of requirements to be postmarked by election day
- Void state laws banning vote harvesting by third parties
- Enact widespread mailing of ballots to every person on voter rolls, with full knowledge that voter rolls are filled with deceased and relocated voters.
Each of these measures is intended to make it easier to commit vote fraud and harder to detect and prove once done. This is why we have an election like no other. Our system has been hijacked in a few short months and now the fraud is so baked in that it is difficult to identify and prove.
It is more important than ever that we let the legal review process play out completely. It is important to our country that due diligence is performed to ensure a fair election. As we say at ACRU, “Live Free.” But we can only live free if we have confidence that we are truly electing our representatives.

ACRU becomes the American Constitutional Rights Union
ACRU is proud to announce an organizational name change from American Civil Rights Union to American CONSTITUTIONAL Rights Union as we continue to honor the legacy of founder Bob Carleson to “to defend constitutionally-protected rights of all Americans.” As President Lori Roman notes, “we were created as an antidote to the ACLU. We can think of no better way to punctuate that ACRU is the true defender of individual and economic freedoms that are unique and fundamental to our nation than to include “Constitution” in our name.”

Marc Elias Behind Wisconsin Lawsuit To Influence 2024 Election
Clinton Campaign’s former General Counsel files lawsuit to make Wisconsin’s elections subject to even more fraud. “The most common problem is that activists or staff fill out the ballots for residents without respect to the residents’ free will or ability to choose,” said Lori Roman, president of the American Constitutional Rights Union, which monitors protections for vulnerable voters. “This lawsuit puts every vulnerable voter in Wisconsin at risk and cements Wisconsin’s reputation as the worst state in the country for vulnerable voters.”

A federal appeals court on Thursday allowed Tennessee and Kentucky to implement laws banning transgender treatments for minors, rejecting a preliminary injunction that would have allowed puberty blockers and gender-change surgeries to continue while the larger legal issues are litigated nationwide.
Jason Snead: Don’t Listen To Dem Hysteria — Everyone Can Agree On Election Integrity
No matter what they claim or how loudly they claim it, these voices do not speak for the majority of Americans. As recent polling conducted by Honest Elections Project Action shows beyond all doubt, an overwhelming bipartisan majority of Americans embrace commonsense voting laws that make it easy to vote and hard to cheat.
Dems Worried About SCOTUS Ethics Should Probe Lefty Justices
Senate Judiciary Committee Democrats will convene a business meeting Thursday to consider their Supreme Court “ethics” bill. But there is no “ethics problem” with the Supreme Court, and certainly not with Justices Thomas and Alito, who have been falsely smeared even though they complied with the relevant disclosure provisions in place at the time.
Ranked-choice voting in Utah: How did it work?
When Monica Zoltanski was elected mayor of Sandy, Utah, from a crowded field of eight candidates by only 21 votes in November 2021, the city had to hold a recount — not just because of the close vote, but also because of voter confusion. Such were the fruits of Sandy’s experiment with ranked-choice voting.

In 2021, Yulia Hicks – a young girl from Ukraine – was adopted by Lee and Chrissy Hicks. Keenly aware their daughter had a rare kidney condition – Senior Loken Syndrome – which would eventually require a transplant, they opened their hearts and their home to her. Yulia spent almost two years under the daily kidney dialysis care of Duke University Medical Center. But Duke University Medical Center and Dr. Eileen Chambers denied Yulia’s access to a kidney transplant, based solely on her parents’ decision not to give her the COVID vaccine.
The Senate Should Vote To Re-hire Firefighters Terminated Over the COVID Vaccine
